2. Facility Access and Reservations

2.1 Booking Requirements

All visitors must make advance reservations through our official website at auraskypool.com, authorized booking partners, or by contacting us directly at +971 56 208 4719. Walk-in access is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

2.2 Age Restrictions

Aura Sky Pool is an exclusive venue designed for adults. The following age policies apply:

• Guests must be 21 years of age or older to access the facility
• Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented upon entry
• Children under 21 are not permitted under any circumstances
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide valid age verification

2.3 Dress Code

To maintain the sophisticated atmosphere of our venue, we enforce a strict dress code:

• Appropriate swimwear is required in pool areas
• Smart casual attire is required in lounge and dining areas
• Beachwear, athletic wear, and overly casual clothing are not permitted outside pool areas
• Footwear must be worn at all times except in designated pool areas
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate attire

3. Payment and Pricing

3.1 Booking Fees

All bookings require payment in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the price at the time of booking.

3.4 Promotional Offers

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Standard Cancellations

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our business operations:

• More than 48 hours before arrival: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 24-48 hours before arrival: 50% refund of booking amount
• Less than 24 hours before arrival: No refund available
• No-show: Full booking amount forfeited

4.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

In the event of severe weather conditions that make the facility unsafe or unusable, we will offer the following options:

• Full refund of your booking amount
• Rescheduling to an alternative date within 90 days
• Credit voucher valid for 12 months

4.3 Facility Closures

If Aura Sky Pool must close due to maintenance, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, affected guests will receive full refunds or the option to reschedule without penalty.

4.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

5.1 Safety Regulations

• No running, diving, or horseplay in pool areas
• Swimming ability is required; non-swimmers must wear appropriate flotation devices

7.3 Personal Property

Aura Sky Pool is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Secure storage facilities are available, but we recommend leaving valuables at home or in your hotel safe. Use of lockers and storage facilities is at your own risk.
